We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. To request a refund:

- Include your account email address and order details in your request
- Our team will process your refund within 5-10 business days
3. Refund Eligibility

- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual plans upon request

6. How Refunds Are Processed

8. Subscription Upgrades/Downgrades
If you upgrade your subscription, the difference will be charged immediately. If you downgrade your subscription, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
9. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our support team to resolve any issues. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery. Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription may result in account suspension or termination.
